I am a Senior Product Designer with 6+ years of experience specializing in B2B SaaS, dashboards, complex workflows, onboarding flows, and AI-native interfaces.

I led design at 5centsCDN, where I owned the product experience end-to-end, from analytics dashboards that reduced support queries by 40% to an onboarding redesign that increased activation from 42% to 68% to a pricing page that increased direct purchases by 84%.

Beyond client work, I build things. UXScore is a live AI-powered UX audit tool I designed and built solo using Claude's API because the best way to understand AI products is to ship one.
